A Look Back at Our 2017 Moose Hunting Season
We had a great year of hunting in northern British Columbia. Thanks to the hard work of our hunters, guides and entire crew, this was certainly a year to remember.
Our hunting area here in the remote reaches of B.C. is so expansive that it’s impossible to explore it all. The game density and trophy quality here continues to impress. It was no surprise again this year for our clients to find and kill some great record book moose. The moose hunting here is absolutely a blast.
Congratulations to each one of our moose hunters on their bulls this season. It continues to be true that while these trophy moose are classified as Canadian moose in British Columbia, they share more in common with the animals just over the Yukon border. They are truly the biggest Canadian moose found anywhere.
Here are a few photos from the recent 2017 moose hunting season here in B.C. But for more photos and updates, be sure to follow us on Facebook or at @kawdyoutfitters on Instagram.
It may seem like the 2017 season just ended, but we’re already busy working on plans for the 2018 hunting season. There’s much to do between now and then. And we’re looking forward to seeing many of you here in B.C.!
